Ok here's my take sold phones for 8 yrs and alway had samsung phones, never had a phone that over heated as this s20 ultra thats a bad sign and samsung should have addressed this problem I have had this phone for several days and it is a battery sucker gee wiz come on samsung what a rip off!!!!! Going back to my Note 9 Never overheated!! Hot cakes hot man kinda heat What I'm saying is whenever somebody came in and complained about a phone overheating. It's really too bad because I really like this phone.The sound is great, it's fast Its just the overheating factor is a BIG RED FLAG WAY TO DROP THE BALL SAMSUNG Guess Ill just get a 10 + or something
