Took me 3 days to go through the whole video. It was a bit slow paced, but very thorough. Much appreciated, thanks.

OMG! Thank you so much for this, this is by far, without exception the best 25mins and 18 secs I have ever invested in watching an information sharing video. I will now have to traverse the backlog of other videos you have done. Fantastic work !!!

In the more than a year I've been using Neovim, this is the clearest, most helpful series of videos I've encountered. Suddenly a lot of previously fuzzy concepts are making perfect sense. You have a knack for this. Thank you for the work you've put into all of this.

What a great series. Hope you are able to continue the series with new sections! It would be great to see some new stuff about working with git, debugging, file explorers, and some tmux integration.

For those that are wanting this modular plugin structure, lazy actually has a separate configuration to allow this if you are interested. It will also import any new plugins that you have in your "plugins" directory. You can just create a new lua file for each plugin and Lazy will take care of the rest.

I must have missed what keys you pressed to trigger tab-complete (simple tab doesnt work (testing on Windows)) @8:38 and in addition to that, the command seems to have changed in the meantime (v0.9.1), any hints?

Don't let me down papi, I just want to set tree-sitter for rust papi EDIT: And you didn't let me down, the only problem I'm having is that when I checkhealth treesitter it give me this: Installation ~ - WARNING `tree-sitter` executable not found (parser generator, only needed for :TSInstallFromGrammar, not required for :TSInstall) - OK `node` found v22.9.0 (only needed for :TSInstallFromGrammar) - OK `git` executable found. - OK `cc` executable found. Selected from { vim.NIL, "cc", "gcc", "clang", "cl", "zig" } Version: cc (GCC) 14.2.1 20240910 - OK Neovim was compiled with tree-sitter runtime ABI version 14 (required >=13). Parsers must be compatible with runtime ABI. The fact that 'tree-sitter' executable is not found. When I checkhealth rustaceanvim, this is what I get: Checking for Lua dependencies ~ - OK [mfussenegger/nvim-dap](github.com/mfussenegger/nvim-dap) installed. Checking external dependencies ~ - WARNING No debug adapter detected. Make sure either lldb or codelldb is available on the path. - OK rust-analyzer: found rust-analyzer 1.81.0 (eeb90cd 2024-09-04) - OK Cargo: found cargo 1.81.0 (2dbb1af80 2024-08-20) - OK rustc: found rustc 1.81.0 (eeb90cda1 2024-09-04) Checking config ~ - OK No errors found in config. Checking for conflicting plugins ~ - OK No conflicting plugins detected. Checking for tree-sitter parser ~ - WARNING No tree-sitter parser for Rust detected. Required by 'Rustc unpretty' command. Does anybody know why this can be?'' Funny enough, after making this post I went back to check my files and I had set up the name of the plugin in lazy as 'treesitter', went back and changed it to 'tree-sitter' it seems to run better. I had to clean the installs using lazy, update it, install again. Still get that 'tree-sitter' executable not found thing

Forget it, I had the tree-sitter package installed with pacman but the one neovim needs is tree-sitter-cli. After installing that one, when I healthcheck tree-sitter it gives a perfect check. There you go!

Mate, you have no idea how grateful I am for this video (and the entire series). I've been using plain Vim/NeoVim for years, but I've only recently discovered how vast the ecosystem is nowadays, so I'm trying to make a full switch from JetBrains to NeoVim. I tried LazyVim and NvChad, but they're quite advanced, and I couldn't figure out some of the plugins, set up, etc. I have a MUCH better understanding of their configurations now, and I managed to set up LSP for Golang and TypeScript myself, thanks to this video! Many thanks!

QUICK TIP: you dont always have to exit and reopen vim every single time, you can simply do ":source" to reload the config. > I'm not sure if this is mentioned anywhere in the video or maybe in the future tutorials, so im just dropping this here in case anyone finds it helpful.
