I enjoyed your fishing trip. I must ask though, why does your video have the Wondershare bar across entire video. It is very distracting.

The spring of 1980. First year the Damn held back water, it was Good Friday, many will remember, 4 of us got there before daylight. The water was like chocolate milk with a foot of foam on top. Immediately we started catching fish, white bass at, nice ones. 1, 2 lbs all caught our limits, then the sun comes up, crappie all nice ones, all caught limits, 3 walleye25,26 ins One guy brought shad for bait. Caught his limit in cats ! We Left before noon, took us almost 4 hrs to clean fish. Most memorable fishing day of my life.

I think about the only thing I've ever caught in that spillway area at Truman Lake were a series of massive gar. Other parts of the lake have nice largemouth and white bass and crappie, but not the spillway.

Jerry I still would like to see a close up of your set up I am sort of new to trolling and what your boat speed is would also help

Old man did good job talking and explaining I'm completely new to this were Walleye Saugeye fishermen back before we had boats pond fisherman Bluegill Crappie and Bass and yes we ate the filets in a great family batter might point nose down but I had Fish fry in city and they was fighting over fish we had to calm folk down its real especially down south knows just as good as chicken first they watched me gut and filet the fresh fish saying I like fish but it stinks and they wouldn't eat it that's the child in there minds anything you eat has to get slaughtered but once fish got cooked there sharing and eating everyone wanted more and more crazy...

Hello Jerry thank you again for such a neat video. It brings joy to my heart to see your wife back in the boat catching fish and doing what she loves to do with you. I have had that rotator cuff surgery on the 3rd of March and then probably about another month away from going back to work and being able to ride the motorcycle and fishing again. Kind of glad you didn't put out any videos for a while because I would have had the itch to go out and get on a boat anyway which would not be very good for me with this rotator cuff

What line and lures were you using? I usually use 10 pound line when trolling. Those looked like Flicker Shad baits.
@jerryrouth61158 ай бұрын
I use 10 pound most of the time when trolling crank baits. I use a lot of Flicker Shad baits also, but mostly I use them because they are cheap. Lots good lures out there. Thanks for responding.
