Deborah Harry, the stylish lead singer of the British group Blondie, is one of the most beautiful and prominent female vocalists spanning the 80s and 90s. While Cyndi Lauper is also noteworthy, in my opinion, not even Madonna can compare.

Rob Grill was the 3rd lead singer (see wiki). Original was P.F. Sloan. Until his death in 2011, early member Rob Grill and a newer lineup of the Grass Roots continued to play many live performances each year. After his death, with a lineup personally chosen by Grill they carry on the legacy of the group with nationwide live performances. Im glad they do. Two of this group go back to '85 and 1 to '88. The music lives on thanks to this group. Rock on.

A true classic. Have been listening to this for well over 50 years and absolutely never, never gets old. I do not listen to music on radio much anymore, yet every so often I will turn on an older classic station and sometimes this comes up. What a gem...!

Dusty, the lead guitar, was backing Rob Grill as far back as 1988 as i seen them live Kissimmee Florida. Now that Rob has passed, its awesome that Dusty is carrying the GR torch forward. This lead singer knocks it out of the park ❤️

I don't think the drummer knows the songs. I give him credit for trying to follow though. They are tricky if your not really up on them.

I’ve never been a fan of drum solos, it’s basically the drummer just showing off ,and nobody wants to see a show off. But E.W is all about having fun, he/she is a real joy to watch.

I loved the Grass Roots. One of my all time favourite bands of that era. But this is does not do the Grass Roots justice at all.

Grassroots performed on American Bandstand more than any band. I love their music. They had fun while performing and they love bring music across the country. They put a lot of heart and soul to it. Thank you for the music .❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

He is the best Michael tribute artist EVER!!! I love Taalib, but James' voice and his dancing are phenomenal. I didn't get a chance to see the real Michael, but thanks to Who's Bad, especially James, I am satisfied. God bless him and his family.

What do your children think of all the women who are really reliving their youth when their dad’s singing to them? I’d like to know that answer!

Really like/apprecite hearing you singing in an updated video. And yes, you’ve still got that really nastaigic sound of your “unique songs!” 👏really would like to see you preform in a place that I could actually listen to you sing in person! That’d be an awesome treat for me! 🥰
