I remember when he was in the CWF when they had all the different Regional wrestling associations you know before they had the the WWF WWE or the NWA. When he was part of that incredible wrestling Association in Florida that had so many great wrestlers down there and I lived in Tampa and this was from 83 through 86 and I used to see those wrestlers in town all the time I mean it was an amazing wrestling Association it really groomed a lot of these guys for bigger stardom like Dusty Rhodes Hulk Hogan Rick Rude the Heart Foundation the Funk Brothers Macho Man Mike Graham or Mike Gossett and speaking of Mike I dated his daughter Nicole Gossett for a couple of years it's tragic that Eddie Graham committed suicide Mike Graham committed suicide and then Mike's son committed suicide Nicole's brother the family went through a lot but she's a very successful realtor in Tampa these days. Yeah it's pretty obvious that he was taking pain pills at this time and probably taking diazepam as well and drinking on them and he had had that accident is lungs collapsed I'm sure he had built up a lot of fluid in his lungs and what it was 3 weeks after he got out of the hospital that he started doing Jiu-Jitsu with the Gracie's when is doctor said it would be good for him I kind of doubt that and he ended up having a heart attack sad. I met him at a restaurant that Pete Rose had in Tampa Florida back in the 80s and he was extremely nice I asked him for his autograph you know and he was just more than happy and of course even sat there and told me and my dad and my brothers some really cool stories about wrestling. Remember another great wrestler that had an amazing mullet and he was groomed by the CWF and that was Lex Luger. Can

I wouldn't brag about doing the piledriver, there was a reason even Undertaker and Kane got banned from using it from around 2001 (save for special occasions I.E. Wrestlemania 17 and oddly Linda McMahon being tombstone by Kane). Stone Cold anyone??

Back then, wrestling was treated like any other sport. If you notice today, some athletes will give you an entertaining interview, and with others, it's not really their thing and they're by the numbers. Nobody cares because their performance at that sport speaks for itself. Now, everyone knows it's a work, so if you're not the greatest, over the top talker, you're in trouble.

I wish that I knew more context about what happened here 😂😂😂 You would think that the announcer would take cue from the experienced interviewers of the time. I thought that interviewers were supposed roll with the punches when the performers took shots at them. This guy was like passive aggressively arguing back 😂😂😂 This was comedy gold right here
