You looking good. I have that same bow but with C-riser , end to end is like 70" with #3 limbs, which is way to long. I have purchased some #1 90th bear-archery from my favorite supplier 3rivers archery and hope to take a doe in early season. I'm going to retire my super kodiak and grizzly bows.

Very cool. I have his book. You have to be aware he probably was drawing at least 75lbs here. How many of us can draw that in a long bow? I’m 65 years and I can do 65 lbs in an English longbow I built. That’s tops for me. 55 in my Kodiak magnum

Back when compounds were bows and not... well I really don't know. I'm a recurve shooter myself but those were ok.
