Sir, i have azospermia. Did ultrasound scrotum doppler. In that impression is bilateral rete testies. Sir, is it obstructive azospermia or non obstructive azospermia? All my fsh, lh and testosterone hormones are normal and testies size also normal

Life lives on possibilities. For a case of high FSH, testicular extraction may be successful, micro TESE has better chance of success than TESA. If you can afford it, micro TESE will be a better procedure to undergo. TESA will be more like a shot in the dark.
