How ridiculous. However, not everyone in the pews is buying it. Okay, these pentacostal types don't drink, don't smoke, don't use drugs, don't fornicate and don't gamble. But this is how they relieve stress: spouting gibberish and shaking their hands like that. They'll keep going here until the preacher signals for them to stop.

I understood every word perfectly. I am the world's foremost interpreter for those that chant indecipherable words and phrases. My wages for this service are fair.

Is there any chance the interpretation to this beautiful utterance can be itemized in the transcript section, assuming one was given? Just wondering.

Precious Sister Judi Williams. I love this lady and miss her so much. I was blessed to go to her and JD Williams church in WPB FL. One of God's annointed and humble servants. She helped my grandmother get custody of us when my mom lost it, too.

The title for this video Speaking in tongue is interesting. I wonder if this is what it looked like in Acts chapter 2 where as far as a I know is one of the first examples in the New Testament where we read about the apostles speaking in tongues. In Acts 1 we learn that the apostles were going to be baptized by the Holy Spirit. When the day of Pentecost arrived suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind and it filled the house where they were sitting. Dividend tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. There were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. At this sound, the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language. They were amazed and astonished saying, “Are not all these who are speaking Galileans? And how is it that we hear, each of us in his own native language? Parthians and Medes and Elamites and residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Lybia belonging to Cyrene, and visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabians - we hear them telling in our own tongues the mighty works of God” Today it would be like if the people in the diverse crowd spoke Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, etc and the apostles were speaking in those languages and the audience understood what they were saying. What I saw in the video didn’t seem to match this example in the Bible. I’m not sure if anyone there could honestly say they understood what was being uttered. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I am a logical person, however I have experienced speaking in tongues, if you let go and try it. You'll be connected to something you've never felt before on earth.

As a logical person you know it‘s not normal to feel that way. It‘s actually scary.

I think this was just an excuse for everyone to start being noisy and obnoxious and claiming that it's "tounges". The jazz hands gave it away that these old people are faking it.
