What’s crazy is that they have almost identical 100 meter times, it’s just that Arthur can hit a top speed in small amount of space just means he’d have to hold that top speed for a longer distance throughout the race, other guy hits top speed later down the 50-60 meter stretch. Arthur hits top speed at 30-40 meters are even possibly less

Yes, that's the first thing I noticed. Watch Bolt's block start in slo-mo for the correct way. The swing leg (left) must swing past the forward leg (right).

Any reaction under 0.10 seconds is considered s false start, in this video you can clearly see he reacted around 0.142 seconds after the clap. Not a false start at all, just a world class athlete who holds 2 national records.
