While the machine is capable of 1200x1200dpi, the highest Print Mode supported by MUTOH is Super Quality. The Super Quality print results and speeds are comparable to 1200dpi bi-d. * 600x600dpi, bi-d, i-screen: none, 8 pass provides 190 sqft/hr * 600x600dpi, bi-d, i-screen 8 pass provides 105 sqft/hr (High Speed) * 600x900dpi, bi-d, i-screen, 12 pass provides 70.3 sqft/hr (Production) * 900x1200dpi, bi-d, i-screen, 16 pass provides 53.3 sqft/hr (High Quality) * 900x1200dpi, uni-d, i-screen, 16 pass provides 26.6 sqft/hr (Super Quality)

Wow. Amazing machine. Does it support 1L Ink via adapter purchase? 220ml and "pro" should not be used in one sentence. I hope you are not "unreasonable" with the ink volume 😄

Ohhh yes. It does support the 1L inks with the bulk adapter system.

Any troubleshooting for when after you do the Print in the "Print & Cut" environment, your file goes away? I can't find it in that environment, or the cut, or even the All tab. It's almost like after it printed - the file deleted. That's happened to me 3x so far. I'm new to the system so I'm sure it's a mistake on my part, but I'm just not seeing why it would vanish altogether.

I would reach out to your authorized MUTOH dealer and let them know of the issue. Might be user error as you said, but also might be some software needs to be updated. Please reach out to them to assist.

All printheads are expensive unfortunately. If you find yourself going through them faster than normal, please contact your authorized MUTOH Dealer and they can assist you. We find doing regular maintenance is critical to maintaining the longevity of the machine and its consumables.

Jig layout is intended for squares/rectangles. You can design a square/rectangle around your circle in your art to give you a baseline.

Hey just a suggestion. When you copy, the textile, just right click and choose paste over and it will be aligned on top of the original perfectly, then assign the 1% spot white
