To think you know what the Bible says and can coast a bit (I’ve done it too much) is a fundamental misunderstanding of the nature of scripture. It’s not like acquiring facts, it’s dynamic and active. What information I understand needs to be applied to the new experience of each day, which involves my entire being, not just left brain data. So it is actually new every morning if I have eyes to see it.

I have several NIV Bibles and all of them have the “missing” verses. They are not in the body of the chapter but each of my NIV Bibles has it in the footnotes..

Hello Douglas- You should make a sermon/video about marijuana and if it's biblical or not, any gray areas, etc. A lot of young/ old Christians struggle with leaving that life behind after baptism, since doing it for so long. What really matters is to have a translation form the authorized by God -His actual inspired Words in the original Greek & Hebrew. Herein lies the matter of disagreement -To which manuscripts have the oldest original manuscripts. Tyndale translated and there where a number a revisions of his since then & so on -till today to aim highest for those many copied best manuscripts of God's Word/Holy Scripture/Bible that are closest to the original. In order for there to be a bodily resurrection there would have to be male and female in the resurrection. There will be no bodily resurrection because there will be no male or female in the resurrection.
