Love this song man, in my opinion this is really the transition from old to new LP. More synths and all but still with the heart of LP in it. The drums are a bit more relaxing compared to before. And yet again that legend im listing to right now covers it very very clean! As i always say, keep it up, love your stuff! ❤❤❤

Great cover. Only critique (and I don't mean this negatively) let that left hand fly on the snare. Ghost note some of them harder. You did a great job hitting the fills and those cymbal crashes sounded great.

Thanks for the support 🙏🏼 The hats are 16 inch K Light hats. They’re my favorite pair I’ve ever used. Haven’t looked back on any other pair since. Definitely give this one a try, the new singles are both amazing 🤘🏼

@@EJaDav any 2 ply coated head for the snare will work great. I use Evans HD Dry and it’s lasted me a good amount of time. For tuning I do bottom head table top tight and the top head I tune every lug high and then I loosen the bottom three lugs until it is about medium high tuning just so I can get some more body out of it while keeping a good crack sound as well. And to finish off, some good clean rimshots will get the job done. The pitch for the snare is 230Hz, if you have a tuning app on your phone it’ll help you out. Hope this helps 🙌🏼 feel free to ask any more questions!

Also I personally like the snare wires to be a little looser than usual and the deeper the shell the better. The snare in the vid is a 14x8 maple shell

Awesome and clean as usual, its amazing to hear all these covers, hybrid theory and meteora are my all time favourites, nearly only contains bangers! But Given up and No more Sorrow are also in my top LP songs. When i listen the songs its sometimes hard to focus on the drums, which i love so much. Thank you for your endless support! I highly recommend paramore. Their drummer has completely changed the way I approach drumming. His style, power, and creativity while playing live is something I haven’t felt from any other drummer before, especially for how young he was during the creation of their first three albums. He was only 11 when they first wrote this song I covered here and 14 when the album released! They are one of my all time favorites and their third album “Brand New Eyes” may be considered my favorite album of all time. I can’t give them enough praise. I’m not in a band or anything like that, doing videos is my main focus at the moment cause I’m having lots of fun doing these and I’m also improving through them. I am definitely open to performing at local shows at some point though.
