Last November I booked a ticket for the Declan Mckenna concert in the Albert Hall in Manchester paying 66 pounds well over the average price. VIAGOGO was were l purchased ticket from. Didn't really mind paying over the odds because stupidly l thought that would definitely get me a ticket. Did I go to the event off course not, did I get a refund off course not.VIAGOGO ARE JUST SCAMMERS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE POLICE AND ERIC BAKER SHOULD BE SENT TO JAIL CHRISTOPHER HOLDING

i dont know is there chance to get my san siro tickets. for march 13 soocer game i know its much safer to buy at ticket station but i dont live in italy so had buy them online and the price for each ticket at good seat loooked like realy good deal

I went on there for tickets to a different band and they let us in but it was really sketchy reserving the tickets as we got them through a email and had to print them off

OKAY TEA. I BOUGHT TICKETS AND GUESS WHAT they were fake. But I got new tickets at the concert in Stade de france! i got a better seat so that was nice. I emailed viagogo and I said I wanted my money back or else I will call the police or something. THEY GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK SKSKSKKS. I was soooooooooooooooo angry but I am so happy that I got new tickets there. It was 300 euros tho :(

Hello co-Armys <3 It is more SAFER to buy from Official Website Ticketing and NOT RESELLER Websites. I did a big mistake and I really do regret buying a very overpriced ticket from Viagogo. Just as said I got my ticket delivered but i am not sure if it is legit or not. I am having a suspicion that my ticket is not legit after comparing them to other physical tickets from twitter etc. Please share and inform the other Armys about this case so they won't get victimised. Also if you are searching tickets for BTS Speak Yourself Tour in Paris, they are still available in Stade De France Website for June 7th and 8th. I also bought mine from viagogo for 7th of June in Stade de France. I received them but I’m really scared if its fake...😞 It looks real so I’ll see but I did pay way too much for them.

Same !My dad bought four tiskets in Stade de France on June 8th and I asked him if he’s sure that they were real and he sayd yes.But then I asked where did he bought them from AND HE SAID VIAGOGO !!! My heart was racing and I still don’t know are they real but I’m going to check soon.The thing is ,I live in Lithuania so I will have to fly to Paris just for the concert .Hotel ,flight and etc.are booked.I AM SO SCARED😨😢🥵😬🤯 Anyways good luck💜army’s💜! Viagogo are the biggest scammers/rip-off ticket agents going! Operating outside of consumer law, steer well clear of these ex ticket touts, soon to be shut down with any luck.

Yes, mine too. It was a floor ticket and its one of the biggest regret i have ever done in my life :/ :( never gonna buy tickets from reseller webs ever again

You should definitely tell viagogo when the ticket is not legit. Tell me if you would be able to enter to the concert. I wish you so much good luck <3 never buy tickets from reseller webs again, buy them from official webs (original ticket seller) i would do the same :)

I am also not sure if my ticket is legit. I could able to get ticket from official web of stade de france. I didnt want to waste my travel to paris if the viagogo ticket would not be legit. Never gonna buy reseller tickets again :(

Princess Ariane Since there is Day 1 and 2 for the BTS concert that I am going to. If my tickets are fake then I will buy tickets for day 2 because there are still a few available on ticketmaster. Hopefully it doesn’t come to that

If you won't able to get your ticket until the day of the concert you will get the refund. There are still tickets available in Stade De France website for BTS concert in Paris. If you like you can have a look in there. :)

Justine Mendoza Viagogo said that that the last day that the ticket will be delivered will be in May 29. I got mine earlier. Not sure if the ticket is legit i am really regretting it :( Have you purchased ticket from viagogo? Never buy from there

@@justinemendoza9936 you can always verify it using ticketmasters barcode scanner that's what my friend told me, and i tried with the tickets I got today and it gave it a green check mark meaning its real👍 hope yours works💜💜

KOREAN BOI Many people are saying that viagogo is a scam website. Not every tickets from there are fake. Some are not fake some are not. Viagogo is guarantees that if problem occurs at the day of the concert that they will provide the refund and etc i still don’t recommend purchasing tickets from there since its 3x higher than the face value plus viagogo is expecting us to pay 100 euros more which is very disgraceful. It should be ILLEGAL :(
