I’m stoked on this, the one hand x grind was sick, but the bar out was a NBD, I’m sure of it. There’s an Aussie street legend (name I cannot for the life of me remember right now) was doing the one hand x grind in like 2003, but that really took it up a notch.

I don't ride BMX and haven't ever really rode street BMX, but I did race BMX all through-out my childhood and street skateboard, that was 18+ years ago tho. That bar-spin x-up coming off the rail was SMOOTH. BMX has came a LONGGG ways. Dope stuff. 1:10

Love how women are also starting to push the videos and trick extenions to such a high level where us regular riders can't say we'd be able to do all that, far from it! 🙌The feet switching for so many different tricks is still very confusing though, I'd love to hear where or how that came to be, think usually it's just for turndowns or tailwhips? 😅
