Hi, I have a ZXR 400 and I have problem with my carbs. When I look into the intake socket of the carb of cylinder 1 i can see (in contrast to the other 3 carbs) that a whole lot of fuel is just flowing out of the main jet into the carb. Could the problem be the floters needle or is it more likely to be a main jet needle problem? Thanks in advance for all your answers.

Whats with all the smoke? And y only a dual syncer?
@brunobrito33996 жыл бұрын
the smoke its from the manifolds. it was paint with high temperature ink. it disappear after work a while. its dual displays with 2 bars each one. 1 bar = 1 cylinder.

Got a 99 zx7 P4 this March. Bike was sitting in a garage for 4 + years, cleaned the gas tank, got a new petcock but couldn't get to run right, so took to a good mechanic nearby and he got it running real good, even though it was expensive (all OEM carb parts plus labor). Now it runs like a champ, but now i'm rebuilding the front brakes (got 4 piston Tokicos instead of the 6 piston that come on the bike, plus stainless lines)

Vicente Bianchini the problem of bikes is they are very expensive in parts and maintenance comparing to cars.

I'm in the middle of buying a 1990 H1, and this is exactly what it will be going through in a couple of weeks, plus an MOT. I'm really glad to see what they do to tune the carbs, this one sounds absolutely awesome. I've waited 35 years for a bike like this, and I can't wait for the summer. Like a child at Christmas......
