If I was to guess the cold steel one would be the winner for the chopping portion of this video not to mention the comfortable Hickory handle makes it easier to grab then the estwing felling axe the reason why it has the thin profile is so it bites into the tree deeper than a thicker profiled Acts which is primarily made for chopping and the hatchet well that does Hatchet stuff normal Hatchet kind of jobs like chopping medium-sized logs. And that's my take on the video and how i rate these axes to do what they're designed for.

Loctite those bolts and you will never have another issue with loose bolts, The design is odd, but the axe works great as a hybrid general use axe, especially for off-roading/camping.

These show up frequently in gun stores for very low prices. They almost always need some work. Replacement of springs, and especially a general cleaning and lubrication. The cumbersome takedown procedure means that every single one you come across is probably dirty and dry. A thorough cleaning and in some cases smoothing and polishing the bearing surfaces can make a lot of difference. They really need to be kept properly lubricated too. The 17-4PH stainless castings construction was a less than ideal choice for guns, as the material tends to gall. Proper stainless lubricant will mitigate that. Construction is pretty rugged, but they're more often than not a project gun to get running well. They were meant to run ball ammunition, and may or may not feed hollowpoints. This was a very early ultra compact .380, and in its time, the early 1980s, was notable. But many improved designs have appeared since. If you want to learn a little gunsmithing, it's a fine thing to try out your tuneup skills on. Usually some careful snoothing and polishing inside will get it running pretty well. There was some quality control variability as well. Some work perfectly and are very reliable. Somewhat harsh to shoot though, thanks to the straight blowback mechanism. The first version was actually .22 LR, and those are rather rare today.

I'll say the ultra light ⁉️🤔 is it the best power. I'm a light power rod guy need the thicker line sometimes. And a mini 4'.6" to 5' is best for me trout fishing. I can't remember last time I went bluegill fishing my lakes don't have them unless I go south. I fish a lot of live nightcrawlers and no bluegill fish take it in my city pown ya one in Albuquerque 😢 sad time's. they took out the big pown and made it half the size of the old tingly beach pown-lake. I'm a big flash back guy trout love it also. In all colors I use and switch out the color sometimes when needed. Fun smaller bait. I can use it like a spinner the same way in mountain like on the upper Paco River and small stream going into the river.

I carried two ultra lights for years. One rigged for live bait and one artificial.

Dc is for lazy anglers that don't want to learn to train their thumbs. You lose casting distance and accuracy bigtime. You need your thumb trained to fish at a higher level. I want constant control and feedback from my bait while its in the air.
@Saber_Outdoors25 күн бұрын
I guess I have a dumb thumb. 😂

you can still use your thumb if you have a dc and you still get the same amount of control and actually farther distance with the dc reel

I have used crappie nibbles for many years, when the bite is a little slow, you can definitely tell the difference, I use one with my crappie jigs and they will get more strikes than the same jig without the power bait!

If you re-read the product description, I'm pretty sure it never makes the claim of glowing in the dark. But! in the water, any amount of light would make the material appear glowing by comparison to the surrounding water. If you're going to use them at night, a floating light overhead will accomplish the same effect.
