Thank you for your experience man. You are absolutely right. It does sound better and it saves a lot of time when mixing/blending in. Not having to mess with the regular equalizers. I'm getting this controller SOON. So I'm excited. Switching from a pioneer DDJ 800. I hope i don't miss rekordbox 😮 is the software any good with that controller?

You might miss rekordbox's FX sound. I switched into traktor because I wanted to check out what Native Instruments was all about and I like it a lot, but the part I haven't gotten used to is their FX style even though they have a ton of it. Hope you enjoy!

Wenn man Traktor auf Windows 10 hat Audio6 Interface Vinyl wenn man Kalibriert hat und Nadel aufsetzt egal wo auf Platte ist der Track immer an der selben Stelle wie kann man das ändern dass der Track dann auch woanders zB weiter hinten abgespielt wird da wo man auf der Timecode Vinyl ist

Is it possible to connect two turntables and assign them to two channels whilst still using two channels through traktor pro? Essentially want to be able to mix freely between records and digital as oppose to just using the controller as a standalone mixer

Not sure because the S4 MK3 does not work with other softwares like RB and serato. However I don't know about DJ Pro AI If you have an S4 MK2 or MK1, you might be able to make it work. But that requires a Google checkup incase it won't be compatible

My S2MK3 works with it out of the box, no custom midi map required. I would assume S4MK3 work with it as well.

Is there a difference between the Filter:92 and the xone Filter Setting for the Mixer Channels?

I believe the main difference is the workflow (how changing the frequency, resonance, etc operates). Since using the filter on the Xone96 and 92 happens on the mixer while in Traktor its software/hardware on S4 or X1s. In terms of sound, I have found no difference between Filter:92 and the Xone filter

Hello! The older CDJs should be compatible with Traktor Pro 3. Just need to connect them to the channel inputs on the S4 and have timecode CDs inside the players and you should be good ;)

Hey! Thanks for the good question! The S4 MK3 comes with a built in filter in the mixer, where without a laptop, you can use it with the turntables/CDJs. It's only a filter though, and any other effects do not work. Hope this helps!

Hello. There are no cue buttons on the turntables. If you are using timecode vinyl you can theoretically map the cue buttons on the Reloop RP8000s, but I haven't tried it. Let me know if you want me to record a video experimenting that. Happy New Year.

Hey! Sorry for the late response. I just got to test it out just to make sure. The bpm counter on the Reloop RP-8000 MK2 works with analogue vinyl with no laptop. BUT keep in mind that the Bpm counter only showcases the display in percentages, whether it is +8, +16 or +50 % (when clicking +8 and +16 buttons together). It does not display the actual BPM of the track. Hope this helps!

Why not just use Barber Pole effect and turn your knobs for high and low pass?

Interesting. I never thought of that. I made the video to showcase the Filter 92 effect but that idea with the Barber Pole sounds good. Will look into it. Thanks for sharing!

Nice1 always wondered what the number next to filter ment, ive got my beringer ddm4000 midi mapped so ill be switch to that filter in my fx setting cheers
