Wish to upgrade from KTM Duke 390 (2017). As I always on to compact & powerful engines.

What happened to your trident? And the comparison videos with other similar bike videos? Sold that one?
@9-5Guy23 Жыл бұрын
Good points made. Exactly what i wanted to hear.. make those comparison videos with all of the 650 you mentooned. That would help me to decide to buy this one or not. Where are you from? May be can arrange for a meet up :D

I am planning to get one, but a few questions are stopping me to get one: 1. How are the vibrations on the handle bars and foot pegs, at a speed of 100 -120kmph cruising speed , how are the vibes are they intrusive? 2. How much is your height? I am 5.7" , as the bike is small, is it confortable or does it look small 3. How easy is it to reach 120kmph foes the engine stress? As it is close to 10L on road, i wanted to make sure i get it with all questions answered.
@9-5Guy23 Жыл бұрын
I dont have the experience but i have probably watched all the videos on youtube there is for the trident so i can tell... 1. no vibration definately at those speed. 2. Watch the previous video of this guy for this point. 3. 120 is no issue at all. No stress on engine. Will be around 5-6 k rpm i guess. Can do it all day long. But wind blast is evident given that its a naked. Your welcome :D

Great review! Thinking to upgrade from KTM 390 (2022) to this. How is the comfort for both rider and pillion (long rides)? Also, what is the curb/dry weight of trident? On the official website it's confusing, but I'm assuming 189 kg. Btw, why not Arrow exhaust? They sound good on Triumphs without being too loud.
@momentum49372 жыл бұрын
Well for longer rides that seat is not adequate for pillion frm feedback with my pillion experience. you should wait for tiger 660 sport that will have better dynamics for tour i think. And arrow doesn't make exhaust for trident as far i know...

Hi Doc, trust your safe and well. I loved the compact bike video (latest). Your thoughts mentioned are all that matters and I fully agree with you. My heart too is set for this bike, and I just loved riding it (test ride). I have a question for you. Do you have vibrations on the handle bar? My fingers became numb after a 10min test ride, which left me very disappointed. Do you face the same issues? Thanks, and keep those videos coming!!
@momentum49372 жыл бұрын
Hi Akshay, thank-you for the feedback. My trident had vibrations but not to an extent to numb fingers...i think it can be better with Riding gloves and Grip puppies. I have used those and had done 350 plus km in one go with no issues 😄. I suggest wait for Tiger 660 that will sort most niggles frm trident.

Good explanation, the traffic in Belgium is hectic and roads are not that good. Compared to Germany or Holland or France we are worse of. But if I want to drive 200km plus than I can have a go in Germany, not on every Autobanh any more, there are some that are still unlimited.

Very shallow kind of review. You are reviewing @ 300kms. Fine. Kitna deti hai ? It's informative. That's only. See some fort nine or yummy nube presentation. Sound quality is pathetic specially after the first half. The information you had given all are available on web. It's not feels like a user review. Sorry to say. You need to be more detailed. Even maintenance cost is not at par. 16k/1 year after BP. What I know. Post the video after the 1st run. Who do a dedicated video on instrument cluster ?? What is there that people don't know ?? Even KTM 390 2020 owner have more information on their dash. FYI.... I have ridden that bike already. Sorry to say bro. Be prepared & do a long term review where people also may know if you are facing any prob with the 3QL bike. Hwevr, nice try. Kudos for that

Hi, Just bought a trident a week before. I am facing some issues The gear upshift is a bit too clicky and also there is a sudden burst of power once you release the clutch. Any suggestions on how to make it smoother??

Just to clear your last statement that trident is best bike under 10 lac. Not at all, we have z900, Honda 600 and suzuki gsx750 also.
@momentum49373 жыл бұрын
Well, the z900 is priced 11 lac plus in MH and i think suzuki gsx s750 bs6 has not launched yet and the honda is around 10.50 lac. Trident has similar performance and can be better kitted with Quickshifter, Bluetooth etc making it more vfm than Honda cb650r…
