The BEST recipe online. Periodt. Other ones I've seen use too much Old Bay/Chesapeake and the result is that the sauce is too celery seedy. These ratios are perfect, but I use 1/2 tbsp of cayenne instead for just a tiny bit of kick, and use Mrs. Dash lemon pepper because it keeps the salt content lower and has a TON of kemon flavor (the cajun seasoning is pretty salty) and then I use salted butter. Please never delete this video!
