I respect Dr Evans, I do. And, I'm not saying this with even a trace of sarcasm or snark, I'm honestly not. But, I find it very interesting that Calvinists think that this whole doctrine needed to be developed, when in fact I already knew and believed all of this, for the most part, and have never been a Calvinist in my life. It seems to me that Calvin needlessly complicated something that could have been explained a lot more simply. If God sent Christ to die for ALL in the hope that ALL would become elect, and the only thing that separates those who become elect from those who don't are those who CHOOSE not to believe in His name, then the punchline isn't who God supposedly elects and doesn't elect, it's those who CHOOSE to be condemned along with those who belong to first adam by CHOOSING to refuse to believe in His name. And that doesn't take away from The Lord's Sovereignty AT ALL, because IN HIS SOVEREIGNTY, He set it up that way before the foundations of the world! Therefore, people, through their choices, and subsequent refusal to believe in His name, send themselves to heaven or hell. Those choices then, implemented and excercised through the use of God given free will, are the "trigger points" that decide the ultimate fate of a human soul IN RESPONSE to the "rules of the game" that God Himself already pre-established. It seems to me that the Bible is already pretty clear about all of that on its face. It's a shame then, that for centuries man continues to do what he always has, and spends WAY too much time complicating things, and therefore engaging in controversies that need not have been controversial in the first place. I never understood people that have to yell to get their point across. I once visited a church, a small room with a preacher that insisted on screaming at the audience and he had a microphone!!!! Definitely didn't need that mic, but to me this is NOT controlling your tongue. If you preach this way, it was definitely a learned style and it seems you are doing it to please a certain type of audience with the goal of pleasing men, instead of pleasing GOD. Your message about anxiety, with your yelling, gives me anxiety. Sorry Tony but I just can't listen to this.... I would never make my child listen to someone yelling in any instance, not school not martial arts not anywhere. And to those who want to defend him, I say to you; JESUS DID NOT YELL, there was no need. So in yelling, are we trying to be more like Jesus? I would say not. Think about that before you go typing away. Blessings.

How about this chemical imbalance?...... When someone thinks fearful thoughts enough, the brain is telling the body that it is in trouble.... The body then starts producing adrenaline.... That is a chemical imbalance created by the mind........ If not a real chemical imbalance. When the mind gets straightened out and thinks on things that are true. Just lovely of a good report virtuous and praiseworthy like God's word says...... That chemical imbalance straightens out. Because I lived it regardless of what scientist or psychologist or psychiatrist want to say. I lived it and I no longer have anxiety attacks I no longer have that chemical imbalance because my mind is the one who was creating that chemical imbalance. Weird to take every thought into captivity and bring it into obedience to Jesus Christ Weird to trust in the Lord with all of our heart and lean not unto our own understanding but in all of our ways acknowledge Him and let him direct our paths...... Whatsoever is not a faith...... Is sin! We are to be doers of God's word not hearers only.

Great teaching on predestination and election. God does not choose some to go to heaven and some to go to hell. God predetermined the spiritual blessings and service of everyone who is in Christ.

Once I heard a message and wasn't sure or needed more clarity, especially if it keeps re-occuring in my heart, I know Gid is not through with me yet in the message. I cross-checked with 2 other Pastors of integrity, and am Never disappointed. Same message different delivery of the sane gospel truth. 🎉❤

four years today exactly. I had a dream last night about hell, I believe in hell and i know God warns us. in my dream it was pieces' of white stuff dropping on the ground turning into smoke and it was people running everywhere, there was an opening and black smoke surrounded it and we were running avoiding the opening, later we were in a house I went in a room by myself prayed came back in the living area and was praising God because I felt the burning from the white pieces that were falling everywhere. I thank God for warnings. I need to get back on the path I got off. I was told hell is temporarily, I couldn't find it in the Bible, Hell is everlasting. if it is everlasting or not I don't want to be cast into a lake of fire and brimstone. were the worm dieth not. who knows maybe the worm is our conscience . being tormented with fire and reminded repeatedly of disobedience. I don't know. but the Bible says everlasting . if the worm never dies, why should disobedient man die. Heaven is Everlasting and hell is everlasting.
