Caution*** long winded story.....hahaha Well, it's July 2024 and somehow I'm just stumbling upon this performance of RF7. Don't ask me how I even missed going to it live. It says it's from 15 yrs ago, which would be sometime in 2009. I had moved to Slidell in March of 2004 after my divorce and was still very much in touch with friends in the music scene and drove in for all kinds of shows!!!! So I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around this one all together..... And the reason why it bothers me so much is because I have a little history with this group. They may not know my maiden last name (Hill), only my former married last name of Pagragan. And they may not recognize me if I'm not dressed up in a Halloween costume. Yep it's me Heidi, The one and only self proclaimed Queen of Halloween!!!! I had the privilege of having y'all play at my Halloween/Anniversary parties at a little bar that was in Kenner, simply called "The Bar" where a bunch of us old punk rockers got to hang out together, shoot pool and darts, watch the Saints and the LSU Tigers all while jamming to the music we will always love!!! I will never forget those parties. We had them at home for several years and it got a bit too big, so thanks to Trey Hannie we moved it to The Bar. Then another old music friend, John (Swank) Veninata, who I met in the 80's, who was now playing with RF7, somehow got y'all to agree to come play for us. All I can say is thank you so very much!!! I was not part of the payment arrangements but I'm sure y'all were not paid enough. And for that, I am sorry that I wasn't part of that. Because y'all put on one hell of a show!!! It was a bit of ska, rock, reggae and punk with a horn section!!!! The band appealed to most everyone no matter what they listened regularly. I wish I could remember each of your names, but one that I can't forget is Mikey Dread!!! But to all of you who put up with the BS and shenanigans of those parties, I thank you!!! You're a part of my history. I have pictures somewhere in this house. Moved here almost 3 years ago and there's still a little stack of boxes in the corner that need to be dealt with and a lot of those are actual photographs, real pictures people, not on your phone. Anyway, if any of y'all see this message or if someone who knows how to get in touch with you sees it, please reach out to me. My email is [email protected] and I'm on Facebook, but I don't do any other social media sites. And of course, definitely not putting the cell number here... lol. I would love to catch up! Seeing this tonight made me smile, cry, and laugh! A lot has changed for me and I'm sure all of you as well. Hurricane Katrina really did a number on trying to keep up with everything. And of course the Covid years recently didn't help. But I'm still alive and kicking (not really sure how????) and would love to hear from any of you!!!! Let's do Halloween together..... All of my love my honeys!!! Heidi Hill 🕸️🕷️☠️⚰️🪦🎃🐈⬛👻🍺🍷🍹🎷🎺🎸🎤🎹 🧡🖤💜 💋

I've had a cd of the Nat King Cole Trio since the early 90s, still taken with me everywhere I go - including change of countries. The most relaxing and gorgeous sound.

They're super cool/// i used one as my main razor for years before it was lost.. a 1932 model if I'm right. I bought it from another sailor in merchant mariner days. this one is in pristine condition except for a little rust on the blade. i do have a replacement blade still in it's original case and wrapped in paper soaked in oil.

Duke Ellington felt that Ivy Anderson walked on water, a towering talent with a remarkable voice and instinctive ability to bring every song and every lyric to brilliant life with ease. She suffered from terrible health problems and head her health been better would have become a great star and legend. She gave up on show business and opened a chicken restaurant with great success.

It amazes me that some people say "music videos" were invented in the 1980s. This is a great one.
