Thanks for this overview of this circuit. Will try it soon. We live in inner city Brisbane and a pair of Tawnies regularly live in trees in our street! For a couple of seasons they stayed in our backyard with their babies! Magnificent!

It's been 2.5 years since I was out there last! I was there just after the 2022 floods and several of the trails were either closed, or unexpectedly blocked by raging streams. I spent more time on the fire trails heading up beside Mt Nebo Road than on the Reservoir trails. I must get back out there!

What about those that didn't wake up,were they a failure or their lives didn't have any purpose!? 🤔
@annazurawska-hh3msАй бұрын
No, they may have completed their purpose, or they have died do that you may live. Who knows the answer. We will know after.
@TakeAHikeWithMeАй бұрын

When you saw the snake, if you looked straight up, you would have seen 2 trees, a small one (about 2 metres) and a larger one. To summit you go to the saddle at the top of the rubble. Step onto the sloping rock. Traverse to the right along the ledge outside the small tree. Climb the crack towards the larger tree. Move up across the slopers. Move up into the crevice. Climb out of the crevice where it suits you. Then you will be on the sloping surface around the top.

I have done the favs. that most people favour but looking for new adventures. I appreciate your advice on what is hidden a bit if possible. thanks very much

Jimmy. What is the name of the Watch, you wear ? Is it a battery or a Smart Watch ? Thx mate
@TakeAHikeWithMeАй бұрын
I wear a Garmin Forerunner 945 mate. It tracks my hikes pretty good. I also wear a Whoop 4.0 but that’s mostly for my other training and sleep. Hope that helps.
@kathvonlintzgy50222 ай бұрын
I did this about 6 years ago i recall some pretty nice rocks at the top and someone had kindly tied ribbons round some trees at appropriate distances so that hikers could take the right track, also the ropes were there.
