That's amazing and I didn't know that! I love hearing how folks came upon this band. My story is literally this: around 2005 I was becoming very upset with a lot of the music that was coming out at the time and starting imagining what the best band to me would actually sound like, and through intense searching and scouring of specific musical adjectives, eventually found +/-. :)

I have loved +/- since discovering them in the wake of digging deep into the Versus catalog. Now we get to grow old together, and this song is a perfect encapsulation of this feeling... This video captures the essence of the music so well. The optimism and energy of the summer as the one you love sets out on her own journey, the coldness of winter as she faces the world alone, and then, as the leaves fall to the ground, she must let go and live on without you... And the whole time, your love is always there, waiting... So beautiful--it's stunning... As the parent of a young child, it is still summer--but the seasons will change... Thank you for this...
