I congratulate Dr.Wernovsky and whole team for this wonderful session ❤. Surely, there has been a noticeable shift in approach in recent years. The push towards **minimal intervention or hybrid approaches** stems from a growing recognition of the long-term neurodevelopmental challenges associated with early corrective surgery in neonates. Balancing early hemodynamic stability with reducing exposure to cardiopulmonary bypass, anesthesia, and post-surgical stressors seems to be driving this trend. Appreciable is, Surgeons r still committed to continuously improve their Bypass and surgical techniques to improve outcomes . Time has come to dive further deeply to see the reality. Thanks

Thanks for your kind words and very insightful comment. There are so many things that can impact the development of these babies and the mental health of their parents and siblings. All of us need to do our part, and the great work the surgical teams are doing to make bypass safer plays a critical role.

if I were a moon landing conspiracy theorist, I would regard our modern day webinar audio quality as my strongest argument. Listen to some of the Apollo landing tapes ..... 60 years ago we somehow achieved better audio from the surface of the moon.
