@@artimotiv My wife is super sensitive to, well, any odors so it's probably the first thing I do if I'm test driving without her! I ended up flying across state lines to pick up a Honda Crosstour this last weekend and the detailer had jammed some cinnamon oil air freshners into the vents. It was enough for me to stop the purchasing process until we figured out what it was lol. Seriously, was so intense, but yeah, I've turned down a few vehicles with visors because they smelled vaguely of cigarettes. Haven't looked at one in a good 8 years or more with them though.

Yeah, I’ve seen his Honda elements before I think let’s see the car wizard he’s with The own his own shop in Newton Kansas omega auto automotive whatever I’m not sure what he called it. He’s in Newton Kansas he learned his mechanic and on the government vehicles started into his private practice if you will and he is one fine mechanic he has worked on everything from Cooter wagon to my land foreign cars Alpha Romeo‘s Lamborghinis all kinds of stuff he’s worked on and in Kansas too so that’s wild but one of his favourite cars is a Toyota FJ cruiser that he managed to get a hold of and cherry condition so I hear from Fellow down in Wichita Kansas just south of him I know all the stuff because I originally grew up about 25 miles north of Newton where the fellow is currently at and anyway he’s got KZbin videos all over the place. He is one interesting KZbinr and he’s also a wild mechanic. I mean stuff he’s has worked on just blow your mind away so that’s all I can say bye.

Not only are they a great service vehicle, camping vehicle and just family ride, but they're AWD and sport the legendary K24 engine. My dad drove his 05 for 500k before I disassembled the entire thing and put its drivetrain, engine, electronics and basicly everything into the body into a 95 civic. It bangs hard to this day.

I love my 2005 EX. Original owner. 170k mi. Still have the manuals and plastic holder for them that came with mine. Still love it and kept it even though it hasn't been a primary vehicle for 6.5 years, as I anticipated it being difficult with an infant seat since I'd have to fully get in the back to get the little one in. Now that kid can do the carseat buckles themself, I'm highly considering for my Element to be my daily driver again. Kid loves the high (stadium) back seat!

I have a 2011 Element I bought used , I believe that I am the third owner. The dealership, the previous owner and me. I have just turned over 80,000 miles. Runs great!. I replaced the battery and a sensor went out and caused a few lights to show up on my dash. Honda wants close to $2,000 to replace it but told me it was OK to drive. I am saving to fix it because the lights drive me nuts! It is our back up car. We normally drive our 2020 fully loaded Honda Pilot. We are both retired but plan on keeping the Element forever. It's great for taking the dogs to the vet and running errands, it's the second one we've had.

Of course it looks better than those EX steelies w/wheel covers! Probably going 2ride a bit stiffer w/those 18” though. Mine had Z-🎉 an open wheel demon w/the assistance of 4+ degrees of negative rear camber. The wah-wah-wah sound from the rear tires was so bad that there was ground rubber inside the tires when changed! LESSON: Aggressive, Z-rated, squarish tires must sit @or near 0 degrees camber or they won’t last. They will self destruct. Great use of family owned resources too. I think it looks as if it already has adjustable rear upper control arms installed. Why u ask? Because the rear wheels hv little or none of that negative camber typical of aged Elements. I’d love 2c the alignment printout.

I bought a 2008 Honda Element SC after searching around for a couple of years. I don’t like the the 2009-11 because of the non circular wheel wells &the upholstery choices. These Elements suit my life style perfectly. The spacious interior has plenty of space for sleeping when camping, fishing, or cycling. I love the simplicity. I have 158k on my truck right now. It could be a very costly repair. It’s too bad because I really love this truck. My first one had over 250k on it when I traded it in.
