He was talking about the volume getting louder in his headphones when he initially couldnt hear the sound of the rhythm. Referencing the sound he was experiencing in the headphones as it was getting louder, he was telling the sound technician, "its coming up, its coming up, its coming up, its there!" Meaning he could finally hear it properly.
