Sure thing. This happens a minute in if I remember correctly. I was on the right lane for awhile and then all of a sudden this lady signals and turns at the same time without even the thought or care. Despite my honking, she drove on acting as if I was a peasant or an inconvenience.

Sure thing! Most of the actions within the first minute anyway. But what happened here is that this stretch of road had the mini dotted lines for like a mile out. And people try to cheat the system (especially when there is traffic) by cutting in the last moment (as you can see in the video with the solid line). There were signs telling people that the far left lane will eventually be an HOV/Toll road. The lane to the right of the leftmost lane will eventually be the regular road. (also shown in the video)
