If you want a main level copy you shold just follow an acount called "Robsvault" it has every main level plus the spinoff levels

Well, there was one level which sorta fits that category as well, it's called Doppelganger by AngelNT. It came out, like, days after 2.2 got released and it was you starting almost at the end of the level and running to the beginning as your "Doppelganger" follows you around and copies your movement. I'd say they sorta did a better job at that because they actually activated the animation cycles for obstacles, unlike here, where you can see everything frozen except falling crates and rotating platforms.
