Thamk you for the video. I feed my baby breast milk three times a day not four. She is a ketovore and eats a lot of healthy animal fats, free range eggs and protein. I think that is the reason she is full for longer compared with kids who get biscuits, puffs and pasta for lunch. I think she is fine on two meals and one snack a day for now. She is gaining weight just fine. I also think it is worth mentioning how night feeding affects calorie intake durIng the day.

I know this video is so old, but I have a 26 month old so she just turned to and she has always been a terrible sleeper and I made the mistake of allowing her to sleep with me and then I tried so hard to get her to sleep in her room And that didn’t work. I allowed her to start sleeping on the couch downstairs which I’ve then had to sleep on the couch with her. Well, she does fall asleep and is able to sleep alone. She will not go to bed when I want her to. She stays up as late as she wants to because I cannot get her to go to sleep and then she wakes up many times throughout the night and also wakes up very early in the morning, I’m embarrassed to say this, but she’s only getting between seven and nine hours of sleep at night which is literally nothing. With this being said, I also cannot get her to nap. She will not go down for a nap when I want her to fights me like crazy. She throws horrible tantrums, and she has started to slam her head into the wall and the floor because she knows that it scares me and after this happens, she hurts herself. I have no life because of this I don’t know what to do. I need help I need my daughter to be sleeping in her bedroom and be going to bed around 7 PM and sleeping until seven or 8 AM. I also need her to be taking her daily nap Around noon each day i’m lucky if I can get her down by 3 PM and sometimes she won’t go down until five or six and at that point it completely destroys her nighttime sleep but even if she did take an early nap, she still would not fall asleep until 10 or 11 o’clock at night. I have no idea what to do if anyone has any advice please help.

As a first time mom to a 9 month old, I totally been feeding my baby wrong and no one ever corrected me. I just give my baby solids and 8oz bottle every 3 hrs and he takes one nap that is 1 nap that is 10 mins long and up majority of the day. Then goes to bed at 11pm.

Paid a professional a lot of money to help us do sleep training and she gave us this exact same schedule! We could have saved a lot of money by just watching this first! Older video, still applies today. Great stuff!
