Seee.....its the last 15 seconds...when she went from asking to demanding and then threatened him with a suspension...that she should lose the case! She's on a power trip on DC current ⚡⚡⚡ Not A Good Look...she needs to be moved and then let someone else come in that has more / better people skills for the workers...rhat are not there to make her look good....but keep the company running ‼️‼️

On top of on going power crisis ( due to growing demand in a rapid economic growth ) , uninterrupted power supply in Bangladesh is going to challenge in the busy garments industry in the face of clime risk . Though Bangladesh is proud of world's highest number of LEED certified industries - yet thousands of traditional buildings occupying larger number of workers is a big challenge in the month of Summer and Monsoon . The accommodations of these workers are another upcoming challenge while country in navigating towards a rapid progress and growth. A small land with higher density of pollution needs a good Solution to provide safe and healthy work place . we need a bigger collaboration here with City Corporation, Business , community conscious consumers .

I've just started in a Department and my boss has been setting expectations to manage and help him manage and train juniors. He made it abundantly clear even though it's an adjustment to my role. I see now what his doing without telling me. I've come into the team - the 3 seniors have been together for 8 years and 1 is said to be a super star. A negative in that longevity is lack of ideas ...I'm so surprised at how stifled and uncompetitive the environment is ....the juniors are years behind where they should be. I don't blame then juniors I blame the seniors and my manager .....you don't know what you don't know. I came from a direct competitor and none of the juniors would be able to compete with the juniors there.......

why dont the WRC investigate hotels in ireland to see the illegal hours staff are made do, i see cases where staff often finish midnight, 1am etc then back to work 7/8am next morning, hotels are understaffed (to save money) that staff dont get their breaks they are entitled to when its busy, hotels have been getting away with this for years with only about 1% ever getting fined,

Arbitration is not fair on the employee, and it will never be as employers are repeat clients for arbitrators. And that is human from the arbitrators point of view; justice does not put food on the table. An imbalance in financial power can not facilitate justice, nor can "panels" of permanent arbitrators.
