Have Lindwurms been buffed since this video? Have you tried this fight 17 times before it ended like this? When I try something like this, my brothers get killed and the ones I put in AoC of the Lindwurms are tough bros with 700+ armor and 50+ MDef. It is not enough, Lindwurms have like 30% to hit them, with two attacks per turn, that is just too high. The only way I manage to beat Lindwurms is with tanks and reach weapons.

14:37 we can say, this was a deathblow which pretty much decided the outcome of the whole battle. Even the game froze for a moment because of the ammount of white flags appeared on the screen. It was not a tripple kill -- it was an entire horde kill. Great job, warrior!

Man, call me a coward and a newb, but i always just fuck off from fighting the southers and try to avoid Holy War in general just ain't worth it economically. Either you fight dudes with cannons and swordlances or you get hated on by most of your other customers.

Probably not, there's not much new content left and I already did 3 let's plays on BB. I might try Menace, Overhype's new game but don't like the sci-fi setting too much.

@@imzfrozen You haven't finished one. And you've never played with fog of war, which makes the game more challenging. There are also interesting mods like Davkul Rising bringing new quests, contracts and other stuff.

I'm proud to say, as a newbie (about 20h playtime and watch some videos), that I killed a berserker at day 1, in the first caravan mission, without casualties. There were 3 young orc and 1 berserker. At first, they sew through my 4 dudes team like paper. Then I realized I couldn't win, so I lured the berserker to the upper part of the map, letting the young orcs slaughter the caravan team. My whole team gang raped on that berserker (still, it was quite lucky that all 2h axe split attacks connected, which dealt a lot of damage). I managed to pick up the man splitter from that orc and then retreated away before the other orcs caught up. It's a failed mission, but man, what a satisfying fight. 😂 (That man splitter was a HUGE help)

I highly recommend a whip brother with cleaver spec. I usually make my banner a cleaver hybrid with quick hands and a whip. In the late game I tend to have a dedicated cleaver bro with the famed barbarian cleaver so he gets a whip too. Mace stun is good for locking out dangerous enemies, but for enemies who are stun immune (like berserkers) the whip does the same thing from 3 tiles range. I would also say don't bring ranged units to a heavy orc fight (against young and berserkers they are great), but as you see in this video his archer/gun unit did very little outside of killing some young (the massive route triggered by the gun was nice, but very rng). It would have been better to have two more melee bros in the fight who wouldn't care about getting pushed around by warriors.

In a way, huge number of orcs worked against them. Once one of them failed resolve check on loosing health there were lots of others around him rolling for resolve themselves. Panic spread like plague among them and most of the battle northern flank of orcs was fleeing. Still, great job exploiting that and killing warlords so they won't recover.

In the game pov under D&D rule 12 dude killed that many peaople in less then a minute. Thats why panic spreaded in my headcanon at round 2. It was literally 12 seconds of combat and the mercenaries butchered 20 peaople.
