Lifes definitely to short to be doing something you don't want to be doing. You've done amazing to recover so quickly after your surgery, especially in a van, hats off to you. Hi mate good job but ,I always think you should put a piece of 12mm ply on the inside where the outlet goes through the body to strengthen the panel side then screws then go through panel and into ply panel vans tend to flex when driving and screws can give over time. I have fitted my truma exhaust this way. A bit of info check Greg virgo videos on you tube they are brilliant.👍

My question is about the 12v wiring to the fuse box for lights, usb and fridge. What size cable did you use for these items? Was it one size for all or different thicknesses for different items? You’ve got your isolated and non isolated mixed up. If you are running a negative from the starter battery then you need non isolated. A negative to the chassis needs isolated.

You appear to be doing really well for a week out of open heart surgery. I went thru this with mum during covid. It was a tough time in the sense that hospital visiting was restricted, we werent allowed to visit in ICU (we'd had a snap 3 day lock down the weekend before her sheduled date). Dont push yourself. If you need to rest, rest. Thats your body telling you you need to heal. Keep on chugging along, youll get there. X
