Unfortunate indeed. In most of the cases, for an educated individual, there is no need for a consultant to apply a visa anywhere in the world. Its only when people want the intended results by spending money without any effort, the need of a consultant arises.

Brother I do feel for you, but you need to understand something here - No Agent/Consultant can upload any paper/documents without your signed on them. at the time of Student VISA/College admission you need to sign each and every paper before he can submit for VISA. Otherwise Immigration would not given you a student visa in the first place. due to recent immigration system upgrade, they must now finding the fake documents from old student's file. Immigration must have failed to find your fake document in the first place and gave you a student visa but now they found out because they have an upgraded their systems. Its your responsibility to verify each and every document before and after visa granted. Bad luck.

The Australian government has lowered total foreign students number to study in Australia due to limited availability of housing for student accommodation. They have also cracked down on non-reputable vocational collages by withdrawing their licences and verifying students whether they are here to undertake genuine education or undertake employment beyond 24 hours a week. Though this is a tragic outcome but it is a wake up call for you. Gaining a well recognised education from a Western country is your security for the future for 1. Western PR application and 2. employment or job opportunity back home. Apply for a University course in New Zealand that are of high demand for NZ PR application and place your priority to thoroughly complete the course with strong academic results. Become a member of well regarded international professional association in your field. Play a team sport (cricket, hockey etc) to make friends and gain experience of working as a group with western people. Once you have completed your degree apply for PR application for NZ, Australia and Canada. When you gain NZ/Canada PR status you can always apply to move to Australia if you don't succeed in initial PR application. Your journey at this stage of life is akin to crossing a fast moving river. If you work to support your family back home then you build no anchor under the water to withstand strong water current and will be washed down the river and drown. You can help your family when you have gained western PR and a good job in your chosen field. Explain this to your family and they will understand. Hope this helps.
