The placement of test holes miss measuring static resistance of following: 1) Return air test point misses filter and coil. 2) Supply Air test point misses duct bend and duct straight run. While the straight probably has negligible resistance losses the bend being close to the fan discharge would have a lot of losses.

I am a tech working with johnson controls trying to automate some RTU'S, for what ever reason they cannot send commands to the units but can see what the ubits are doing, like when i jump them out manually on the rooftop, we keep getting error 94 and 73, which is 94 being loss of comm, and 73 being not reading sensor. What are am I doing wrong please help?
