Faraz bhai, you were wrong this time, you predicted market movement upwards but it broke down, market behaviour doesn't just follow previous behaviour pattens but it is effected by overall economic conditions as well, comparing current situation with previous corrections purely on the basis of technical behaviour is not the right thing to do, that is what you did for the consolidation period and you were wrong, current economic condition is hinting that you may be again wrong, let us see what happens but the current economic and political situation is favouring the bears...

According to me its buying time , as scripts are discounted more than 40% so i would like to recommend buying

Excellent technical analysis. You have highlighted that we have to see if the market follows same character/behavior as it did in two previous corrections. The analysis embraces a wonderful learning insight for me. You mentioned following points: 1. Magnitude of previous 02 corrections in terms of points 2. Duration of previous 02 blood baths after completion of distribution phase 3. RSI divergences diluted in previous two corrections below 30. 4. Fibonacci retracement at 23% level in previous two corrections 5. Volume divergences 6. Higher Low formation. Market will break its bullish structue if gives closing below 42770. 7. Closing below EMA W 21 & 34 is not a good sign In March 2020 correction RSI divergences diluted at 15 level. It means market has a room to go to RSI 15 level to dilute its RSI divergences, to my opinion. Overall, an excellebt analysis I have ever come across.

Now I think market will take much time to reach to around 48000Mark because to return from 48k again & again will make it a big jukebox! Market is shy off this Mark!

Just pay attention to the screams of AKD and u will understand that all is not well with the market.

Market will keep moving south till fifty percent of the leverage position are settled. Mutual funds are already panicky and so is AKD. Portfolios of many investors will become portpolio as huge funds have been locked in below average stocks. Blue chips like OGDC, PPL , PSO, SNGP, KAPCO which offers high dividend yields were not participating in the rally. Very Strange!
