This is the standaed balcony size po of most of our projects. For Cubao we have preselling po yun ORIANA locayed in Proj 4 Aurora Blvd QC, same size po as the one on the video. :) We have an ongoing promo now for 2 bedroom. You can own a spacious 2 bedroom unit at 27k a month. Would be happy to send details po amd discuss further. Familiar po ba kayo sa area? :)

Nice video. This is just my honest opinion. Ang comment ko lang most DMCI na napapanood ko dito sa youtube ay maliliit ang bedroom and too cramp. Lay out ng property and how it was designed including amenities walang wow factor. Given na mas mura yung offer pero I think people would pay more for the extra space and convenience. Hi! Thanks for your comment. We have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units available depending on your preference and budget. You can also opt for tandem units. For mid range projects, I believe DMCI properties are the best value for money given the price per sqm and the size. Have a nice day!
