Hi can I mixed my pre-workout with phenomenal water?.

Hi! Not reallly and here's why: a healthy empty stomach contains mere traces of stomach acid and is why we recommend that you drink pHenomenal on an empty stomach- that way it passes through without being neutralized by stomach acid. Any time there is food present the stomach will produce stomach acid. So if your pre-workout includes greens, protein powders, etc. your stomach will produce acid to neutralize that and the pHenomenal will have been effectively wasted. With that said it is highly popular to drink pHenomenal before, during and after workouts since it is so effective at neutralizing the lactic acid produced during the workout. So space your pre-workout as you would with regular food: stop drinking pHenomenal 15 minutes before consuming food and begin drinking again 30-60 minutes after eating to allow food to be digested (the larger/heavier the meal would fall on the longer end of the timeframe). I'm also very excited about ozone therapy and just started to ozonate water with DIY kit that I made for myself. Parts were not very expensive, only concern was to choose ozone resistant materials for the system, like silicon tubes and stainless steel diffusor. Is there significant difference of using ozonated water / oils compared to H1O1 water? Ozonated water and other therapies are already pretty amazing. :)

You may want to visit the site "what is cancer" by professor Zajicek. Cancer is a by product of virus infection. The year to remember is 1954. The French Health Committee was about to declare that cancer is a viral disease. One of the ideas, in the above mentioned site, is that a carcinogen causes the depletion of stem cells.
