I'm a new dad, barely 1mth. Realised that crying isn't okay for babies coz it stresses, fatigues the child. More often than not, crying can be resolved. As per my short experience (I've been super engaged with baby), crying is a way of communication of discomfort for babies. Most often, crying + leg movements means, I need a diaper change. Crying + finger sucking, I need milk. Crying + hands/feet movements, I'm too hot. Crying + sneezes, it's cold. Babies will also cry when they need to burp, belch, or poop and need help staying upright. Babies also cry when bored and need exposure to new things/songs/environments (singing+talking to your baby while switching environments makes your baby learn fast). Best bet is to try to learn your babies language, and to try spend as much time as possible with tge baby. It's an adventure, and so far seems pretty fun for me.

My dermatomyositis started about 10 years ago. Ive suffered through doctors struggling to figure this out. I can't walk, i am in so much pain that im getting screened for cancer. I asked my dr why she cant look at fixing the dermatomyositis and she said that because of my heart condition, i cant take prednisone or any steroid. There is no cure, so i guess they arent in any rush? I can barely get out of bed somedays.

Good luck, brother! I get to experience that in a few months.
My brother was recently diagnosed with the same disease is there any way you I could talk to a patient and know about his/her experiences which might help in my brother's treatment.
My mother was recently diagnosed, I know this is a long-shot, but is there any way you would be willing to speak with us? Thank you so much- let me know if know if you would be willing to have a chat.

These exercises seriously help when my arthritis comes on. Usually the damp wet weather can bring it on. I incorporated these series of exercises in my daily routine of stretching and they help so much control the pain. They are not hard to do. Great for seniors. Your pain wont go away in a day. You must regularly perform these to see results...

And may we ask what caused it. Because something causes it. And if we know this we can turn it around and or stop it in the first place. Go Functional Go functional. Because anything that upsets the immune system and sets of inflammatory cycles has to be identified and corrected. Avoid iatrogenic medical procedures.

Babies can’t be spoiled. Bottle feed your baby to bond with them. Read to the baby to develop communication and speech. Finding a balance of care is most possible when your mental and physical health is taken care of-exercise, outings etc. Prioritize dates and time away even if only for an hour. Breastfeeding can be stressful for new moms fathers can help by giving words of affirmation and recognizing when a feeding goes well. Have someone you can call to relive you if and when you need it. Lay the baby down if you need a break for 5-10 minutes. If you got nothing from this video it’s a you problem. Don’t shit on people just being helpful.
