Hmmm... The bones seems to be rigged incorrectly, you shouldn't have that many bones left behind.

There are a bunch of reasons this issue could be happening, this was just my hack of a way to fix most models I found. Be sure not to save over your original model tho, maybe try playing with the program a little bit and see what happens! :)

oh i see this makes sense, tysm also how do start the motion over or go back several frames?
@hxney_bloom3 жыл бұрын
I personally haven't found a solution to that, if you wanted to edit/see how the model moves at very specific points of a motion I'd suggest running it in MMD instead. Hopefully that helps a little bit!
@sleepykittyMMD3 жыл бұрын
@@hxney_bloom thank you, eventually i figured out how to rewind by using ctrl + the left arrow key, but I have yet to figure out how to fully restart the motion without having to reload the T pose and then go back to the motion. and yes that does help, some as i've realized the models behave differently with motions in pmx than in mmd.

Do I do the same thing for when the line is pointed down instead of forward? If not how do I move the line forward, it won’t rotate for me

I don't fully understand your question, but do you mean the bone at the tips of the toes? I haven't made a MMD in a long time, but I saw videos on how to change toe orientation when trying to fix this problem. I can't personally help you, I'm sorry! :(

Hi since I ported my model from Vroid to pmx I already have bones in the models feet. ive tried fixing them by renaming them, deleting them, moving them, but nothing seems to work not even this. even if I delete the feet bones and have the plugin make new ones It doesnt spawn the same bones you get. any suggestions?
@hxney_bloom4 жыл бұрын
Sorry, I can't help with that :( Frankly, I'm a relatively new MMD user myself, and I've never heard of Vroid so I can't be of much help. I'm sorry! :( Hopefully someone finds a fix to your problem soon!
@pippinnightingale95814 жыл бұрын
hi! Fellow VRoid user here - For me I didn't bother to delete the bones and just ran the plugin + weight painting as shown in the tutorial and it seemed to work? (noticed a bone near the heel seems to be missing on VRoid models, the plugin added that in) it might be worthwhile checking to make sure the bones are connected to the correct parent bones since it seems like a similar issue can be caused if it's not hooked up correctly? (i'm very much a beginner with this myself so unfortunately I don't know much about how all this works :'D) if all else fails, just deleting the bones in the toe altogether should also fix the issue, but the feet don't move as nicely that way. I also noticed VRoid has a tiptoe bone for some reason (an extra toe bone that sits just outside the toe) - you'll need to delete those as well I think! Depending on how you converted the model things could've glitched out as well. the VRM to PMX converter application tends to leave a lot of things broken, so converting it through unity is usually the best way. There are a lot of tutorials on youtube for how to do this!
@claybowls15904 жыл бұрын
@@pippinnightingale9581 Thank you, I'll have to try these soon. I personally found the converter more successful with making the bones correct than unity but I have tried both. I havent checked the parent bones yet so i assume its probably that combined with the tiptoe bone!
@pippinnightingale95814 жыл бұрын
@@claybowls1590 ah ok! It's been awhile since I've used the converter honestly so it's possible/likely that it's been updated since I last tried it lol. I'm glad if it works well for you though! ^^ Best of luck in getting things sorted out! <3
