Hey, one question - I have a Furch guitar and I sand down the saddle as low as possible and even with that values, I still have high E string at 2.0mm height. The only one possibility to get it lower - is to tune the guitar for a full step down or set the truss rod to get the neck 99% straight. Only by this way its possible to get high E string to something like 1.8mm. But its nogo in terms of playability... Does it mean that this Furch needs Neck Reset?

I think your furch needs Neck Reset.

Hi, i have a question. What kind of glue can i use to paste the soundboard of an ovation Adamas? thank you
@odyssey-guitar
@odyssey-guitar 6 ай бұрын
This kind of Ovation Adamas does not have glue connection. If top is wood and fingerboard is connected to the top, hide glue can be used.

With today’s technology, why in the world are guitar necks still glued? Bolt on marriaging of the woods does not make the tone suffer to 99% of us. Taylor guitar construction is engineering that overall is superior and more consistently accurate than a dove tail glued into place.
