That's interesting. Different kind a way to select an option. The normal Select class will not work. I had to click the drop down arrow then used the down arrow key to select Admin or ESS. I'll have to automate the scenario and see how it works out. The old way was much better when it had a select tag

Selenium Using Python closed immediately after executing the Test Script. In the past, it did not close immediately. You can add a sleep statement so the web page does not close immediately

@@RexJonesII Thanks it was a private website. I actually solved it after hours of research. the problem was that the drop-down box was so sensitive that if the user right-clicked anywhere on the page the drop-down box would disappear. At first it was <div> and <span>, but then the using the browser tools to actually zoom out of the page. then dev tools showed more info on the element it was actually "<li role>" with "<span>". then a "for loop" was used to select the the option for the drop down menu. Thanks for the support though!!!

That's a great question Turky 👍 You can add the Wait statements directly into your Page Object classes or add them to a utility class then call the Wait statements. Either way is good
