You called a code blue for sepsis? Your hospital didn’t have rapid response? In our hospital, code blue is only if a patient is pulseless or not breathing. For acute mental status change/sepsis we would call an RRT.

Not liking that this doctor was so critical of the healthcare workers and the health providers at the hospital in Kenya that he visited. We all understand that it's very possible that these healthcare providers don't have the necessary training and quality of education that one may receive in the U.S. It's not their fault. I'm sure they're making the best of a limited education and funding. I'm not even Kenyan and I'm offended by the manner in which he kept remarking on their lack of expertise and lack of resources. He made it a point to insinuate that he was superior to them.

Great video; this young doctor is a gem! For me, the best point he made was also the simplest; instead of focusing on better medicine for treating cancer we should implement what we already know as a preventative and that’s lifestyle.
