I currently run in Asics Gel Kayano 29. The support is great and I like the FF blast foam in the forefoot but the overall feel is more on the stiff side rather than plush which is what I’m looking for being a heavier guy.

The cool thing (bad for some) about the P2/P3 is they change very little through the years. I have an older P2c from 09 and it's almost the same bike but with Ultegra components.older paint, but who cares? Why little change? Because they're awesome.

I really enjoy your content but watching this video (Sep 2024, 2 years after you published it), oh boy, are you FAR from being healthy when it comes to nutrition! The entire video you had not once mentioned about food but food products only. Ditch all that crap and try balance your caloric intake with REAL food! Together with exercising regularly is key and you see your weight drop. And yes, you can get rid of your cravings! Just try fasting and you'll see the magic happening.

my shirt with holes have more cloth compared with this. i am avoiding brands and shopping-district for brands and outlet-brands. i have enough for greedy brand-warfare shops to ... not their sillyness. when you have arrived, you dress comfortable like anyhow because conmen and conwomen dress well

Progress isn’t linear. It’s like getting a truck out of the mud. But once you get to being able to jog for 30 minutes things really open up for you. Personally I feel a switch in me go off at about 20 minutes where I feel like I am in the run, not like I’m running. It’s like I’m observing myself run. I still feel pain, but it’s more of an observation of pain like I’m flying and my cockpit is going off with alarms for low air, pain, cramps, soreness. Every time your plays a trick to stop you, and you push it, be happy because you broke a barrier. With that said, don’t set unrealistic goals at first where you are set up to fail. Set up and knock down some easy wins

I couldn’t run for that long either until I had already lost a bit of weight first. The way I got started was by going to hot yoga 3 times a week for a month. By then I had lost enough weight to start running.

The most important benefit of training in zone 2/MAF is being injury-free. If you have never faced a serious injury before, stick with your training routine and don't need to consider switching to zone 2/MAF.

How do you get that many carbohydrates into that meal? Well you add corn syrup to everything. It gives you a high and of being full. At least for the very near future. The main things to do when someone want to lose weight is simple. Learn to cook!!

I’m 5’3 135 lbs and have been slim my entire life however I can’t run more than 90 seconds.. maybe its a mental block but I don’t like the feeling of the heart rate when it’s over 50 bpm. Watching this in hope that I can override the anxiety.

I started running in 2018 at 220lbs I was down to 160lbs two and a half months later maintained until 2022. Now in 2024 I have put on 100lbs and am trying so hard to get back into it but it is so discouraging the pain and exhaustion I feel. I have to remind myself to start slow like I did the first time. Thank you for the video, we are our own worst critics forsure.

I’ve gone from being completely sedentary with type 2 diabetes to running 5 days a week. I know I need to lose weights but I said to myself- I’m running for my general health and fitness - especially my mental health. I knew if the focus was solely my weight I’d get disheartened if I never saw change. I focus on how good it makes me feel . Some days are easier than others

I was never that serious about running, but 10 years ago I could run 2.5 miles in about 20 to 23 minutes, at a bodyweight of 145 lbs. Then I stopped running and focused entirely on weightlifting and over-eating. Now I finally started running again weighing 200 lbs (with a lot of abdominal fat), and I can barely do 1 mile in 13 minutes. 😫 My plan is to do 1 mile, twice a week. Then do it 3 times per week. I'd eventually like to work my way up to 5 miles, 1 to 3 times per week. But man, running at this heavier bodyweight makes such a difference!
