What made gazza a great player was not the fact that he was a great player. It was the fact that he was a great player who never fulfilled his potential at being a great player. We all know deep down at heart that he was world cup winning player and a champions league winning player. Imagine what he would have won of he had signed for united or arsenal

luke Saddington Gazza is definitely the best to come through the Newcastle academy IMO , i remember one of the first games i saw him play, we beat Swindon Town 5 - 0 at St James' Park in an FA Cup game in 88 , Gazza chipped in with a couple of goals but i remember he was doing keep-ups & sitting on the ball near the end of the game. 😂😂
