Hi, I have a female African grey parrot which I hand-tamed a little bit and taught her to speak words. She is about 2 or 3 years of age. I stay at my office all day and only meet her once I come home at night. So she remains alone all day. Her diet is only sunflower seeds. She doesn't eat fruits or vegetables. The problem is now she starts plucking her big feathers and not letting them grow. She even hurt herself while plucking and sometimes bleeding. I used sprays to stop her plucking but it is not working. I need some concrete solution for this please help

You need to give it time and care.Its not possible to solve this issue only by diet.They need a lot of stimulation and care.If you cant look after it,its better to rehome it.

❌❌❌‼️‼️‼️ Please dont take this advice. They are CLEARLY SUFFERING and NOT ENJOYING IT. At 3:46 - that one is struggling to take a breather helplessly giving up to tolerate in place. Please do it less harsh!! Mists are better! Even we humans like having showers and not having to force our heads in a stream of water with no control.

Leave first 3 feathers, and cut 4 features only.. My parrot also started flying after 3 months, now he's 4 months old

Trimming or clipping a parrot’s wings/ feathers is not recommended by professionals you should do research on recall training usse aap apne parrot koh tame krskte hain aur wings koh clip yah cut krne ki zroorat bhi nhi paregi

This is enjoyment for u? Imagine police man come in front of you and full forces water in ur face. Clearly the parrot afraid and running from it. U need slow mist shower not force water in their face like that. The force could easily break Parrots neck and feathers or can insert water in it's nostril and cause breathing problems.
