Oh yea so call them & demand a refund they will ask what wallet you would like it sent to send them the address via text & you’ll get it. Since today is Friday you might not get it til Monday because that department is only Monday thru Friday but even still it’s early enough you might get it today. I had them do that & received my money , I had to call back a couple times because I was expecting since I did it last Friday to receive it from quickly but I got it Wednesday morning. Hopefully you come back & see this comment 😭 I want you to get your money too , I had the same issue for 8 months with them I wish I knew what I know now!
