Poor quality No volumes

Yeah, but you can't download your monthly statement on the web platform and it's really problematic on the app as well.... I had to download each monthly statement with the app and then email it to myself so I can work with it on my desktop machine. The web platform does not supports this basic action. Ridiculus. On any other providers platforms such as Lloyds or HSBC the whole process takes 30 seconds while on here it's over 30 minutes. If your platform does not support really basic interactions don't be suprised if me or anyone else chooses a different provider....

Don't recommend this bank at all. They charge for each and every transaction. Starling is much better. Also, Tide blocked my business account (small accountancy practice) without informing me, and i don't have any access to my funds and bank statements. As soon as I will get access to my money, i will move business account to Starling
