i love shrimp i love them shrimp cocktail's when i have my red blend wine and or watered down brandy in ice cubes, i bought me a round small tray of the precooked shrimp cocktail, so now heres what i do being that round small tray of them small shrimp cocktails at $17.99...i look for medium size raw shrimps in the seafood area, and the small plate is not bad of a price so i buy two, so far i didnt have to peel and clean the raw shrimps but i do anyways, then i buy me a cocktail sauce in the bottle, come home stir fry my raw shrimps, let them cool down, then arrange them on a small bowl which contains my cocktail red sauce, and when you eat this cooked shrimp, OMG its delicious !!! aloha love marthy

eat 1/2 plate of mixed vegetable salads them ones in the bag, romaine lettuce and kale chopped up with cabbage, okrah, tomatoes, onion, celery mixed up and sprinkle some dressings on it, do this every other day i guarantee you your bowel movements will work wonderful!!!

hey donna i got that SAME POWDER carnation powder creamer for my coffees, i also use RAW sugar them light brown ones, raw cane sugar not them white sugars,,,i stay away from white sugars!!! btw i looovvvvve grits big time with butter, salt and pepper!!

donna, make corned beef cabbage, or some smoke pork shred them down heat your frying pan, fry up the cornned beef the can type or smoke type pork break that down to fry up first, (use either of the meats), then add Hawaiian salt or Kosher salts, pepper for taste, add chicken broth and some shoyu sauce, to your meat while frying then slice up your cabbage, then toss them into the meat of your choice, i prefer corned beef can, add little water add some salt to taste or some shoyu sauce (light shoyu sauce),, cover let the cabbage shrink down, about 3 minutes on medium heat, lift up cover and stir up all the corned beef with cabbage, mixture, add some chicken broth to juice up your dish, once the corned beef cabbage stir fry is done, (no forget to cook the rice in the rice cooker), once rice and your corned beef cabbage is all cooked, put rice in bowl, add the corned beef on top it will be Onolicious, and if you like you can add a spinge of shoyu to your rice and dish, enjoy!!! aloha marthy
