This is a pretty good video but what I'd like to see is how someone can actually prove that they're disabled I suffered recent discrimination and I have a really long-term health conditions multiple conditions and I'm autistic and have been diagnosed autistic by a professional psychiatrist and called psychologist with a professional diagnosis that stated in the diagnosis which I've got a copy of that I'm protected under the equality act and entitled to reasonable adjustments this was written into the report by the psychologist, how does one prove that they're disabled when someone like a doctor or another professional is unwilling to make reasonable adjustments do you have to go to court to get this proven what does it take to prove that you're disabled when someone doesn't take it for serious even when they have access to your medical records and they question it what can I do apart from maybe contact you?

I got sent my paperwork 8 days before meeting... have no idea if my child's view has been asked. I haven't been asked for her view!

This was very helpful , however I don’t see it listing requesting eotas as an option which I know is what my child needs due to school trauma . Why isn’t eotas listed ?

The slides content for the live session and recording was coproduced with parents and carers and we appreciate does not cover everything. We do our best in the termly live sessions to address parent questions, including any enquiries about EOTAS. Meanwhile IPSEA has helpful information about EOTAS in an EHC plan here: www.ipsea.org.uk/home-education-and-education-otherwise

I found this video extremely helpful. It gave us many ideas of what to include in the form and points we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Recommended.

I'm afraid I found this presentation pretty pointless. Much of it was simply reading out the notes printed on the form. Some of the rest was potentially useful summary of relevent facts about the appeal process, but NONE of this presentation provides useful advice on how to complete a SEND35. I was looking for advice on matters that should be included or excluded from the content of the form, perhaps an example, and so forth.
