Fat , rubbish spot. Only good for beginners and oldies. Though when it is proper big, you can get a half good wave on the reef in the background. All in all I don’t rate it. Always somewhere better to surf.

Oh that music, watching surfing at Lennox. If you have me the slightest push right now I'd put those rusty racks on the old beast and I would be off chasing the dream up the coast. Just one more time.

Never forget our trip up the coast, think it was 82. Surfed Lennox, remember it breaking a lot closer to the rocks than this vid suggests. Oh to be young fit and healthy again.

how do you get passed the whitewater w a longboard, im getting worked doing the turtle roll in overhead conditions
@harryjames74416 жыл бұрын
It's a lot harder but I got a 7'6 board... Kinda a cross between a log and a mini gun for big winter days in Portugal and to get out I paddle out to maybe 5 yards inside the impact zone, turtle roll when the set comes thru and when a lull comes along paddle like hell to the lineup. It sounds simple but you'd be amazed by the amount of peeps who just power thru the set waves... Complete waste of energy... Especially if there's a clean up set that's like 2-3x OH right after the actual set...try it out if u haven't done so already

Well filmed and great presentation of this relatively unknown beach .Enjoy the 70s music tracks they fit into the style of surfing you filmed.Looks like you caught it on a really good day. I went there a few times in the late 60s when the road in was a sandy 2 tyre track.Must go back there again soon and go for a swim with my dog.
